R&D Lab Technician

Responsibilities:

1. According to the plan and arrangement, perform sample test, implement or develop analytical methods. Support the work as team member.

根据计划与安排，执行研发项目的样品测试、分析方法实施与开发，作为团队成员配合相关工作。

2. Perform the routine maintenance and repairing of assigned equipment to guarantee the instruments in good condition. And implement the periodic maintenance and calibration of instruments based on the company guideline and arrangement.

保证仪器的良好状态，对所分配的仪器进行日常维护和维修。并且按照公司规定对仪器的进行定期维护和校验。

3. Maintain 5S of labs, be responsible for the routine exam for the lab assigned.

维持实验室5S，并负责所分配实验室日常检查。

4. GMP Responsibility

GMP 职责

Attend the training and perform the operation according to GMP requirements.

依照GMP要求参与相关培训并进行相关操作。

5. Perform other duties as assigned.

完成上级分配的其他任务。

We Expect

1. 本科，化学/应用化学/制药相关专业

2. 基本掌握各类分析方法的原理，能够按照项目需要开发各类基本的分析方法

3. 对GMP& ISO质量体系有初步的认识

4. 熟悉操作各种分析仪器，包括HPLC， GC， 自动滴定仪等

5. 具有较强的学习能力，动手操作能力

6. 具备英语读写能力，能够撰写各类英文报告；

7. 工作认真，负责，细致；具备已业务为导向的意识
