Job Description

The project is maintaining one of the company’s customer-facing front-end application. We are responsible for manage the production incidents reported from business units and apply fixes/enhancements to the front-end application.

The role will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to project’s Incident Management process and participate in project’s CI/CD activities.

Responsibilities:

• Keep track of incidents and ensured all tickets are addressed in a timely manner.

• Drive the communication with back-end team and mobile team to resolve incidents.

• Ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.

• Oversee project’s source code version control process.

   

  Job Skills:

• At least 4-6 years’ experience with both web application and web service development. Ability to quickly identify problems, thoroughly analyze them and take relative actions;

• Experience with CI/CD process, Familiar with Sourcetree and Bitbucket, Jenkins etc.

• At least 1 year experience with Incident and Problem Management and coordination;

• Great written and oral communication skills are desired.
