Your Profile：

·       Typically 5+ years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge. At least 2 years of site related experience from relevant business. At least 1 years of global experience (incl. functional leading of teams, intercultural experience, project management experience).

·       Degree in technical education and/or EHS related/relevant fields (e.g. Safety Engineer) and/or recognized certificates. Evidenced training/expertise in the broader spectrum of EHS topics. Expert level knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001 / OHSAS 18001 management system and implementing/ managing management system elements.

·       Fluent English in speaking and writing.

Your Responsibilities：

·       The global Business Unit position acts as a regional Hub for BU EHS.

Drive together with the Business Unit EHS Officer EHS topics of the BU, i.e. maintaining an effective Global EHS Management System with focus on global processes, defining product- and business-specific EHS related requirements and standards, and maintaining oversight of Operating Company "Headquarter-driven" projects. Takes part in continuous improvement and execution of Siemens Energy EHS global governance. Implements BU EHS strategy & roadmap for assigned region, based on given standards from respective BU EHS Officer. Guides and leads the organization on regional level in the planning, execution, ongoing analysis and improvement of EHS related measures. Maintains and fosters close interaction with Country EHS Officers and other counterparts.

·       Drives and contributes to global EHS programs and initiatives and monitors their effectiveness in alignment with BU EHS Officer.

·       Conducts global audit/assessment/inspections program (including certification audits where applicable) and ensures implementation of measures in close alignment with the BU EHS Officer.

·       Facilitates and advise root cause analysises with the assigned sites for all kinds of incidents and follows up preventive measures implementation

·       Ensures an adequate competence management and training system for EHS-related competences for the assigned factories/regions.

·       Ensures the implementation and continuous improvement of Business Unit EHS Management System.

·       Collaborates with management teams and other support functions and services as well as all relevant interfaces on BU level globally – as well as with HR EHS and Country EHS Officers - to achieve the EHS policy objectives.

·       Ensures that applicable statutory requirements are identified and accorded to. Contributes to analyzing stakeholder EHS requirements. Ensures implementation of EHS related risk management in processes, projects and products. Ensures and controls EHS related reporting. Ensures adequate EHS related communication towards internal and external stakeholder and authorities and BU EHS Officer.
