Be responsible for delivering medium scale IT projects that span up to 18 months; track and report progress, ensure the quality of deliverables of projects on time, within budget and meeting business objectives

职责描述：

? Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements

? Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities

? Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a medium scale project and scope

? Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client

? Effectively apply suitable methodology and enforce project standards

? Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures

? Minimize the exposure and risk on project

? Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately

? Track and report team hours and expenses on an aligned basis

? Manage project budget by analyzing project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization

? Understand the pricing model and billing procedures

? Accurately forecast revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization

? Contribute to identify business development

任职要求：

Education & Experience

? University degree or above in IT or related disciplines

? Minimum 8 years IT working experience, at least 4 years in project management or 2 years of supervisory experience

Knowledge & Skills

? Understanding of Project Finance e.g. OpEx, CapEx, Amortization, benefit, KPIs etc

? Proficiency on using a project management toolkit to manage resources, budget, change process and incident

? Good command of English both in oral and written

? Effective communication and interview skills

? Good presentation skill

? Project management skill

? Problem solving skill
