BASIC PURPOSE:
The Regional Application Senior Manager role is responsible for providing the regional applications for deployment as well as supporting them post-deployment according to the agreed SLA. The role also lead the legacy application migration to the strategic solutions. The role plays a governance role in regional solution standards, drive synergy cross segments/locations, and chairs the Business Partnership regional governance meeting supported by APMT.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:？
? Develop the regional applications and manage the product life cycle of them
? Support deployment of the regional applications
? Provide on-going operations of the regional application accordingly to the agreed SLA. Establish a common practice on the end-to-end service management process for regional applications
? Maximize consistency across different usage of the regional applications
? Develop migration plan of the legacy applications in the region and work with broader Business Partnership team to implement the plan
? Manage external vendors to provide support
? Establish and run an effective Demand/Supply process between the Regional Application Team and the broader Business Partnership team
? Play a governance role in reapplication of regional applications and approve exceptions, supported by APMT
? Manage budget and optimize cost of application development and operation
? Responsible for the associates in the team, including performance management, communication, engagement, talent acquisition and talent development, supported by P&O.

Background Experience & Qualifications
Education (Minimum Needed): Bachelor degree in related discipline
Experience (Minimum Needed): 10 years

Specialized Knowledge Needed for Performance of Job:
? Experience in business solutions development/deployment is required.
? Demonstrated people leadership capability to mobilize resources and engage teams around challenging deliverables
? Ability to provide strategic guidance, handle complex situations and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
? Experience in business solutions of Sales/Marketing/BI is preferred.
? Experience working with senior business leaders is a plus.
