Position Overview
To provide lead support for the governance of Customer/Vender/Material master data in the SAP, in accordance with corporate controls and regulations. Highest level of accuracy and attention to detail is required.

Responsibilities
1. Set up and maintain Master Data in SAP in line with Global Policy and Procedure.
2. Process master data requests from all Markets in ASIA area within Service Level Agreement & Service Standards
3. Provide management with required Master Data reporting and analysis as needed.
4. Create and maintain master data in SAP ensuring timely approval and accuracy of data and invoice processing.
5. Occasionally special offers will need to be created. They may either be done at the pricing level if pertaining to individual materials and customers or at the customer master level if offer is for special payment terms only.
6. a.) Do the troubleshooting and answer the questions of the users in regards of Master Data, b.) Initiate improvements and support EICR's: Define clear requirements, support the realization and test the solution.
7. Challenge any non-standard requests which do not comply with the standard Global Policy (i.e. incomplete data or documents).
8. Acquire and maintain an in-depth knowledge of and work with SAP and SAP/SD/MM, understanding both their individual use and how they relate to each other, ensuring data harmonization and standardization of process in the ERP.
9. Be aware of the principles behind Data Quality Standards and the KPIs linked with Data Quality.
10. Execute periodical master data clean ups.
11. Perform audits, reviews and analyses SAP data in order to ensure all data is kept current and correct through regular reviews.
12. Maintain data in line with Finance and Business controls.
13. Perform Master Data mass maintenance in general for simple cases themselves.
14. Challenge ideas and whishes from Customer Service & Purchasing dept. and Finance dept. and make first decision if it is an issue to be followed up.
15. Follow up Global/Local Supply Chain project rollout, such as Global labeling project /Material code Harmonization.
16. Help each Supply Chain functions to optimize process and standardize SAP operation.

Job Requirement:
1. College graduate or above
2. Years of previous working experience in SAP master data, especially for Customer master data
3．Fluent English in written/read and oral
