Roles and Responsibilities
一、Key Performance Areas：IT Asset management
% of time spent：40%
Activities / Tasks：
· Interface with Finance team as the IT assets management SPOC (Single Point of Contact);
· Be the SPOC to accept requests from business users, contact the user to get detail information when needed;
· End to end follow the new asset request from the user;
· Update asset information in DANONE systems;
· Filing the asset documents;
· Execute the Cycle Count tasks based on the guidance from the service supervisor;
Provide IT assets reports to IS/IT management team;
Expected Competencies：
· Good service attitude;
· Strong communication skill with business users;
· Strict follow the guideline and processes;
· Basic knowledge of IT Assets and key parameters;
Proficient in EXCEL

二、Key Performance Areas：T purchasing
% of time spent：30%
Activities / Tasks：
· Request quotations from the vendors;
· Consolidate the quotations from different vendors and prepare the initial comparison;
· Follow with the vendors to request more information;
· Submit the purchase requests in DANONE systems;
· Process the payment to the vendors;
Expected Competencies：
· Basic negotiation skill;
· Strong business sense in purchasing and working with vendors;
· Process oriented mindset;
· Good document organizer

三、Key Performance Areas：IT administration
% of time spent：30%
Activities / Tasks：
· Support the IT leaders to facilitate the big meetings;
· Arrange logistic for team’s travel and visiting guests;
· Assist the IT leaders to consolidate the data, perform basic analysis based on the instructions;
· Assist the IT leaders to prepare documents;
Manage IT stationary and spare parts inventory
Expected Competencies
· Proactive;
· Look into details;

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications：
· achelor Degree;
· Proficiency in English reading and writing

Minimum Experience
· 1+ years working in administration role in multinational companies;
· Computer Literate: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Access / Database , Internet, email
