岗位职责:
This is a Key global leadership position to drive and manage the Business Risk Control Management (BRCM) function for HSS China locations supporting a diverse range of HSS businesses, products and clients. This position reports both into the HoSD HSSO China. The role will provide appropriate Leadership to the local BRCM team in HSS China.
- Leading BRCM capabilities to support the HSS business across diverse range of complex securities market products
- Supporting a global operation of >500 FTE in the GSC that will continue to grow by >30% to end 2017.
- Responsible for management of the BRCM teams of 3 employees
- Accountable for implementation and continuous enhancement of operational risk management in line with the Group Operational Risk Management Framework
- Promote relentless focus on BRCM and that the long term stability of HSS Operations is based upon sound operational risk principles and that a common risk framework and disciplines are consistently adopted across all teams within HSSO China
- Devise and drive the implementation for BRCM solutions to support changes in operational processes, new business opportunities and product development across the HSS Operations
- Management of BRCM to meet or exceed service level requirements
- Lead and drive key employee initiatives to promote and position HSS as the employer of choice
- HSBC Securities Services (HSS) provides end-to-end securities services including fund administration, global custody and clearing, corporate trust and loan agency and other related value-added securities services
- HSS Guangzhou, we are mainly providing Fund administration service, delivering solutions to life insurance companies, pension funds, investment managers and fund owners
任职资格:
- Strong understanding of operation risk management, audit, controls and compliance and ability to comprehend and minimize operational risks
- Ability to effectively communicate and implement group policies and procedures. A positive self-starter
- Evidence of strategy design implementation with sound understanding of internal / external business risk environment
- Excellent teamwork, leadership, verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in managing and analysing data, metrics and development of dashboards. Evidence of very good prioritizing, planning and organizing skills
- A broad knowledge of GBM’s and HSBC’s wider organisational structure and activities is preferred.
- Sound ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet scheduled deadlines
- Observe high standards of professional conduct in the performance of duties
- Be able to adhere to the HSBC Core Principles
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders across regions and cultures. Able to work in a matrixes organization.
- 8+ years of experience in Risk / Compliance
