部门概括. "The Process Consultant role will be acting in the capacity of a trusted advisor working with the senior management and supporting the Workstream Lead. The role provides support to well-reasoned decisions in matters of Strategic Transformation and Continuous Performance Improvements as defined by the programme.

The role is positioned to respond to a wide variety of questions and challenges posed by this audience. The role extends in understanding business and customer requirements, process improvement models, operating models and designing solutions/options whilst ensuring optimum functional alignment delivering and quantifying improvement benefits. The Process Consultant also supports change and champions transformation across various Global Business lines.

1. To deliver the transformation programs by focusing on the defined projects and initiatives, through identifying opportunities and designing, implementing, delivering & embedding the change to the relevant processes. To be responsible for leading small/medium scale transformation and re-engineering projects & initiatives or supporting the Workstream Lead in managing a large transformation program. In both cases, to deliver an agreed set of business objectives / benefits and to meet the overlying portfolio strategy in the Transformation Program. For specific functional areas, deliver step change in operational performance (customer experience, service levels, efficiency and control) through successful implementation of the transformation program;
2. Act as trusted advisor and a partner to stakeholders to identify and ensure commercially based decisions are taken on prioritizing and optimizing the project portfolio. Work with the businesses as a delivery partner to develop objectives and quantitative recommendations.Identify and recommend innovative solutions that consider and include suitable appropriate emerging improvement trends and solutions.
3. Working across regional and local teams to ensure commonality of understanding and objectives and raising to manager attention in a timely manner when conflict arises. Build trusted partnerships with internal customers through consistent identification and delivery of value-added consultancy services that exceed expectations and position the transformation program for sustained success.Be knowledgeable of key business drivers and customers, competitors, and emerging trends in the industry landscape. Facilitate training forums within internal teams and nurture a culture of continuous learning.


任职资格:

1. A candidate with 10+ years of overall operational transformation experience and a variety of skills related to executing high and medium complexity projects and consulting engagements. Good experience in project management and process improvement initiatives internally or other large complex organizations. Good understanding of overall banking and financial/consulting services industry knowledge will be preferred.Good working knowledge of functional area in an operational or consulting capacityKnowledge of the change process, project lifecycle and consulting tools and techniques - preferably – Lean Six Sigma experience;
2. Strong problem solving skills using end to end process reviews and data driven analysis.Exposure / experience with API, Workflow, Robotics / A.I. and other light automations tools & techniques will be an added advantage.Understanding of how technology/process improvements adds value to the business and to the end customer.Experience in managing senior stakeholders and demonstrated ability to build rapport rapidly with key stakeholders and to translate ideas into outcomes.
3. Experience working across cultures and in matrix organizational structures. Ability to form working relationships at senior level in the organization.Financial acumen: ability to develop a business case, quantify benefits and translate ideas into outcomes.
4. Ability to develop cohesive working relationships with business partners. Good English – both written & verbal. Other Asia language capabilities (e.g. Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese etc) will be an added advantage .Good negotiation and influencing skills.
