The Automation &Analytics (A&A) team forms part of Compliance Assurance Professional Practices. Its remit is to drive the adoption of analytics within CA reviews. It will deliver automated, scalable and repeatable ‘self-service’ testing tools to meet CA’s strategic objective of providing affirmative assurance over compliance controls.
1. Impact on the Business ? Drive the development and implementation of automated testing tools relevant to compliance risks and in accordance with CA global test scripts. ?Provide subject matter expertise for the assessment of the adequacy of controls in place within Businesses and Functions for RC and FC risk, with a focus on relevant operational processes and information technology platforms supporting compliance obligations. ? Challenge the effectiveness of data integrity control activities conducted by the first line of defence.? Escalate significant control deficiencies in a timely manner;
2. Customers/Stakeholders? Build strong relationships with all internal stakeholders, adopting an adopting a joined-up approach to execution of tasks with minimum conflict.?Develop/maintain positive and professional relationships with relevant external stakeholders, while ensuring the independence of an assurance function.? Ensure that management in Global Businesses and Functions is advised of matters arising and emerging trends from analytics;
3.Leadership and Teamwork? Set the highest standards through personal behaviour and interaction with others.? Provide subject matter expertise and demonstrate effective teamwork, engagement and collaboration within CA.? Ensure effective communication across CA, delivering key messages and updates as appropriate;
4. Operational Effectiveness and Control? Support high operational standards within the team through effective control work, avoiding high risk findings from Internal Audit or other evaluative internal/external teams.? Be creative/innovative in providing solutions to complex global issues/initiatives in an ever changing, high-risk environment.
任职资格:
1. Degree holder in Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Quantitative Analysis or Numerical Science.Relevant work experience preferably in banking or finance or insurance;
2. Experience of using relevant software packages such as SAS, SQL, VBA and Python;
3. Experience in visualization tools such as Qlikview and Tableau is preferred but not essential;
4. Understanding of compliance and risk controls and should be conversant with relevant regional laws, regulations and overall regulatory environment;
5. Capable of building positive and resilient partnerships with key stakeholders. Lateral thinker with an ability to interpret and solve complex issues.Excellent communication skills.
