Position: Retail Store Officer / Manager

Accountabilities

- Ensure that Retail Outlet is running smoothly and efficiently; revenue target of store is met through the proper implementation of programs, quality customer service, and giving feedbacks to retail supervisor.

Requirements

＊Oversee and maximize store profitability through efficient supervision of all financial operations including inventory control, cash flow and reporting;

＊Use creative and independent thinking and willingness to venture into the unknown to achieve outcomes in this role;

＊Demonstrate a constant and up-to-date expertise of products, services, promotions and policies and also external communications trends;

＊In collaboration with the management develop and implement strategic shift scheduling;

＊Act as a CARFT ambassador by professionally representing the organization in accordance with the value standards;

＊Determine customer needs and recommend the best solution;

＊Build customer relationships by providing prompt and exceptional sales and after-sales service.

＊College graduates or above

- 2 years experience in marketing or sales;

- Good command of English and good communication skills.

＊Experience in Microsoft applications.
