Manage day-to day supply planning processes that fall under STP & MTP Cycle. 

Support EPDC planning executive to maintain / implement the Standard Operation Procedures with assigned EMS/ODM/OEM.  

Managing their performance to meet our request, adhere to flexibilty rule, prioritze supplies to urgent markets and ensure EMS/ODM/OEM meet the output reliability. 

The role include assesing EMS/ODM/OEM have the right process and control point, monitor and review supplier’s monthly KPI performance and trigger actions for non-performance.  Collaborate with assigned EMS/ODM/OEM for developing actions/plans for future improvement.

Manage Short Term Plan (STP) Changes as per drumbeat cycle.

Participate, propose and collaborate with capacity supply executive on joint decision on supply resoucing; 

ensure a smooth transition during resourcing, minimize blocking issues and manage the project transfer in a decent manner.

Participate projects across functions in enhancing end to end supply chain process, improving effeciency and effectiveness on day to day operations.

 Requirement 

 University degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain/Industrial Engineer/Business Statistics 

 Minimum 4 years or above  working experience in Supply chain on areas of Demand & supply planning, thorough understanding on end to end supply chain process, having exposure to multinational & electronic environment are preferable. 

 Good communication skills in both written and spoken languages in English, perferable with bilingual language in Mandarin . 

Project Management Experience, Action oriented, Rational thought with sense of urgency, Problem Solving Attitude, Capable for working independently, Eager to learn and willing to listen for new ideas , Flexible and adaptable in an changing environment

      Functional skills: Good knowledge in planning tool (i.e. SAP or E2Open);    Excellent MS Office skills [particularly Excel – including creation &    analysis of large database] and knowledge of Power BI  is preferable
